On March 8th, meaningful events were held across our global branches to celebrate International Women's Day.

This year's theme for International Women's Day was 'Inspire Inclusion,' focusing on promoting inclusivity and respecting the role of women as societal members. Taking into account the unique characteristics of each branch, various events were organized for female employees and managers. Through these initiatives, Hansoll's DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and our internally developed Women Inspired Supported Empowered (WISE) program were highlighted.

Hansoll is committed to the UN Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and actively engages in diverse activities, aligning with policies promoting diversity, fairness, and inclusion (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), to enhance the capabilities of female workers.
