On September 21st, Handsome Nica S.A. held its annual reforestation event at the Natura Nature Reserve located near the Villa el Carmen highway in Nicaragua. As part of the company’s ongoing efforts toward sustainable development and environmental protection, approximately 100 employees participated in the planting of around 1,000 trees. The Natura Reserve is part of an ecological restoration effort for the tropical dry forest in Nicaragua’s southern Pacific region, absorbing 7,500 tons of carbon annually and featuring two artificial lakes that serve as wildlife refuges and support sustainable agriculture.

This reforestation activity is one of Handsome Nica S.A.’s initiatives to contribute to environmental protection, and the Hansoll textile plans to continue various corporate social responsibility activities aimed at protecting the environment and supporting local communities.
